When It’s Time To Do Something Difficult

Most people stay stagnant all their life… And it’s because of this one little thing.

Michał Parzuchowski

When you’re doing something you really like doing or love doing, you sometimes lose track of time. And things get really good, for a really long time.

This is what we strive for: constant peace, constant love, constant growth.

But is it possible?

While most people think that they keep having to do something that is painful to them and call it effort, I believe that the best things in life come naturally.

Maybe the secret lies in how we think about things, and not so much how much effort we’re putting into the things we’re doing.

Most people are tired and grumpy in the morning because they have a day planned out that they know they won’t enjoy.

Most people are addicted to results, as opposed to the process that gets them to those results.

The problem with living in this way is that this way, no pleasure, happiness, or sense of peace is ever constant, or permanent.

By living in this way, you’re always chasing after something, and reacting to the world around you, as opposed to enjoying the moment and looking forward to the moments to come.

There is a huge difference between those two ways of life, and the truth is most people don’t know how to tell the difference because they’ve only known one way.

Most people are blinded by money, fame, social status, the grind, or whatever has your mind preoccupied with something other than pure love.

There are so many different ways to live and people are stressed out trying to find the right one. What they don’t know is that there is no “right” way to live, only the way that’s right for you.

So, to answer the question posed earlier, it’s never the right time to do something difficult, only do something difficult if it’s the right time to do it. And do that thing, only when it feels right.
