The world is getting louder. Are you ready for it?

@chairulfajar_

The world is becoming louder and more crowded, and not just on the internet.

People are becoming more in-tune with what they think they need to say and share with the rest of us, and it’s getting mixed signals that we’re dealing with the most.

Although some people may have something good to say, do we need the opinion from everybody?

The answer to that question is “probably not”.

And this goes without saying because paying attention to every blog post, newsletter and social media post would be unbearable.

It has come to my attention recently that on top of this noise, there has been many people who have decided that sensationalism and strait up lies are the way to move this industry forward.

It sucks because we’re all convinced that that’s what gets clicks, views and attention.

I’m telling you it’s just visual and mental trauma that we’re stuck having to deal with.

So how can you block out the noise?

The best piece of advice I can give is to develop your sense of critical thinking. And to only believe what you want to believe, not what other people or shiny objects think you should believe.

That way you keep your head clear and can naturally gravitate towards the things that make you happy.

Just my two cents,

Alex
